Breeze Lifting Entertainment LLC · Online fitness coaching services · [email protected]

Summary. I collect the information I need to coach you safely and effectively, I store it in Google and Stripe, and I don't share it with anyone else or sell it to anybody. Health details you give me are treated as confidential. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to Breeze Lifting Entertainment LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Breeze Lifting ("I," "me," "the coach"), and to anyone who submits an intake form, signs a coaching agreement, or purchases coaching services.

2. What I collect

Contact and identity information. Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact details.

Health information. Medical conditions, medications, supplements, allergies, injuries, surgical history, pregnancy status, dietary restrictions, and anything else you disclose on the intake form or during coaching.

Training and progress data. Height, weight, measurements, training history, logged workouts, food intake, sleep, steps, activity-tracker data you choose to share, and progress photos if you consent to send them.

Lifestyle information. Occupation, schedule, stress, and other context you provide that affects programming.

Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe. I never see, handle, or store your card number. I can see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether a payment succeeded.

Website signups. If you enter your email address on this site, I store it, along with a first name if you give one. Signing up for emails does not make you a client and is not connected to any coaching record.

3. Why I collect it

Only to deliver coaching. Specifically: to write programming that is safe for you, to set and adjust nutrition guidance, to track your progress, to communicate with you, and to bill you.

I do not use your information for advertising, and I do not sell it or trade it to anyone, ever.

4. Where it is stored

  • Google — intake form responses, spreadsheets, documents, and email. Protected by my Google account credentials and two-factor authentication.
  • Stripe — billing records and payment history. Stripe is PCI-compliant and handles all card data directly.
  • This website's database — email signups only. Nothing about coaching, health, or payments is stored here.

Google and Stripe are third-party providers with their own privacy policies. I've kept the number of places your data lives deliberately small.

5. Who I share it with

Nobody, with three exceptions:

Service providers. Google and Stripe, as described above, only to the extent needed to run the service.

Professionals you direct me to. If you ask me to coordinate with your physician, registered dietitian, or physical therapist, I will share what's relevant — with your written permission, and only what's relevant.

Legal requirements. If I'm legally compelled to disclose something, I will comply, and I'll tell you unless I'm prohibited from doing so.

I will never publish your name, results, photos, or testimonial without your separate written permission for that specific use.

6. An important note about health information

I am not a HIPAA-covered entity. HIPAA applies to healthcare providers, health plans, and healthcare clearinghouses. A fitness coach is generally none of those, which means the health information you give me is not protected by HIPAA the way it would be at your doctor's office. I'm telling you this plainly because people reasonably assume otherwise.

What I can tell you is that I treat it as confidential as a matter of professional practice and contract, I keep it in a small number of secured places, and I don't discuss your health details with anyone you haven't authorized.

7. Progress photos

Progress photos are optional. You choose on the intake form whether to send them.

If you do, they're used only for tracking body composition change over time. They are not published, shared, or used for marketing unless you separately and specifically agree to that. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

8. How long I keep it

For as long as we're working together, and for a period afterward for record-keeping, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

If you want your information deleted sooner, email me and I'll delete what I'm not legally or contractually required to retain. Billing records generally have to be kept for tax purposes.

9. Your rights

Email [email protected] and you can:

  • Ask what information I hold about you
  • Get a copy of it
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Withdraw consent for progress photos or marketing use
  • Ask for deletion, subject to the retention note above

I'll respond within a reasonable time, and there's no charge.

10. Security

I use a strong, unique password and two-factor authentication on the accounts holding your data, and I limit access to myself. No system is perfectly secure, and I won't pretend otherwise — but the surface area here is small by design.

11. Children

Coaching is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you're under 18, don't submit the intake form.

12. Changes

If I change this policy meaningfully, I'll email current clients. The current version always governs.

13. Contact
